A message from Chris:
I became a Realtor and an attorney for the same reasons - I love helping people and I like solving problems and mysteries. Whether it's finding the home you want to become yours and helping you become its owner, or helping you market your current home and find its new owner - I enjoy working with people and helping to facilitate their home ownership. I also love the Kansas Flint Hills and enjoy sharing the Flint Hills with others.
The Flint Hills really are unique and a treasure. Living in the Flint Hills provides great city and community benefits of housing, education, recreation, shopping, dining, cultural opportunities, and much more - yet minutes from the gorgeous Flint Hills country and breathtaking views. There are wonderful properties available in Manhattan and all the surrounding communities - with all the benefits of small town living and yet everything you want in the area you call home! No wonder so many who have grown up or lived here are so happy to come home to the Flint Hills.
I chose United Country Real Estate because of its exceptional tools to market properties nationwide and internationally. I'd be happy to share information about United Country with you and the value we can bring to marketing or finding your property.
I invite you to Come Home to the Flint Hills!
Chris Wilson first got her real estate license in 1991. Her interest in property law led her on to law school, and as an attorney her work has focused on two key areas: housing and agriculture. She has extensive experience in the residential housing and building industries. United Country brings those property interests together and provides the opportunity to work with people to help them sell or purchase homes or land.
Chris has been involved in agriculture all her life. She grew up on a grain and livestock farm and majored in agricultural science. She and her husband Ron and their children farm and ranch in the Northern Flint Hills on his family ranch. She is a past president of American Agri-Women and former Deputy Secretary of the Kansas Department of Agriculture.
